Megan is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor and ACE certified personal trainer with a passion for empowering others through movement. Whether on the ground or in the air, Megan uses her knowledge of exercise physiology and body mechanics to assist her students in working toward their goals. In addition to her fitness background, Megan is a licensed social worker and draws on her strengths-based perspective to assist her students in discovering their own path to wellness. You’ll find Megan teaching pole(beginner, intro and flow) and aerial yoga!
