Emily is a 200hr yoga teacher specializing in Iyengar Yoga. She likes to hold poses a little longer than usual to get the full effect of each posture. Props are also a big part of her training. She loves to work on a good balance of strength and flexibility as well as getting deep emotionally; a fully body experience!
